About Land Donation

Donating is an effective way of getting rid of vacant, undeveloped, and undesired plots of land. Additionally, selling can be difficult and involve brokerage fees and heaps of bureaucratic paperwork such as: transferring deeds and changing the name on property utilities.

Types of Land You Can Donate

  • Vacant land
  • Underdeveloped land
  • Condemned properties

There are generally 2 types of residential land that we accept:

  1. Land set aside for building residential properties on it that may or may not have been formally developed.
  2. Abandoned residential lots, condemned properties, and other types of lots that are reserved for residential purposes.

  • Vacant land
  • Empty land that you have yet to develop
  • Real estate developments
  • Commercial centers
  • Agricultural land
  • Abandoned commercial lots
  • Parking lots
  • and more
